Molotsky brings a distinguished career focused exclusively on family law, including divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, domestic violence, and appellate matters. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney—a designation held by only a small percentage of attorneys in the state.

Throughout his career, Molotsky has earned a reputation for providing strategic, results-driven representation while maintaining a practical and client-focused approach. In addition, he is a Court-approved mediator and has served on Matrimonial Early Settlement Panels in multiple counties, helping parties resolve disputes efficiently.
