Mackenzie is a dedicated attorney at Weinberg, Kaplan & Smith P.A. Her experience includes handling matrimonial matters and civil litigation. She is adept at establishing trust and rapport with clients through effective communication strategies. Mackenzie provides solid representation through comprehensive legal knowledge, attention to detail and strong research skills. With a robust background in law and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services, Mackenzie has experience working in various legal environments, from judicial clerkships to private practice. Before entering private practice, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County Law Division, for the Honorable John C. Porto. She additionally served as an intern for the Honorable Dominic F. Pileggi in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, Family Law Section, and as a Certified Legal Intern in the Delaware Civil Law Clinic where she represented victims of domestic violence.

Mackenzie’s dedication to public service was recognized during law school, where she was awarded the prestigious Pro Bono Distinction of Widener University Delaware Law School.
