Aristotle Vargas earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where he served as Vice President of the Business and Commercial Law Society. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (Marketing), magna cum laude, from the Rutgers School of Business, and an Associate of Arts & Sciences in Pre-Law from Rowan College of South Jersey.
While in law school, Mr. Vargas gained hands-on litigation experience as a Legal Intern with the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, where he sat second chair in a jury trial, qualified a medical expert, examined a key witness, represented the State in detention hearings, and drafted legal memoranda. He also worked as a Legislative Aide, conducting legal research and drafting a proposed amendment to New Jersey’s anti-bullying laws to improve school safety.
