Madison practices all aspects of family law and has experience with divorce, child custody, domestic violence, equitable distribution, and support. Madison is a child of divorce and intimately understands how these matters affect the family unit. Madison’s appreciation for the delicate problems that frequently occur in family law enables her to empathize with clients and guide them towards an equitable resolution.

During Law School, Madison was the President of Youth Court which taught middle school age children to conduct their own hearings and implement restorative justice in Wilmington, Delaware and Chester, Pennsylvania. Through her work with the Youth Court organization, Madison earned a Pro Bono distinction upon graduation from law school, as well as an award for Outstanding Student Service. Beyond this, Madison was a member of her Law School’s Transactional Law Honor Society which focused on corporate practices and merger and acquisition contracts. Madison was a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Panella, Superior Court of Pennsylvania, which is Pennsylvania’s Appellate Court. As an extern, Madison was tasked with drafting Memorandum of Decisions and conducting legal research on various topics that were before the appellate court. 

Following Law School, Madison was a judicial law clerk to a Family Division Presiding Judge, the Honorable Richard J. Nocella, P.J.F.P. and had the privilege to also clerk for the Honorable John L. Call, P.J.F.P. (Retired/Recalled) during the tenure of her Clerkship. Following her Clerkship, Madison worked as a Per Diem Attorney for the Office of the Law Guardian, a division of Office of the Public Defender in New Jersey. In this capacity, Madison represented children who were the subject of abuse and neglect ensuring that their voices were heard in the Court litigation that involved them.
